Good Morning Smoothie

A great way to start the morning - lots of green, a little bit of sweet from the mango + pineapple, tart from the lemon, and spiciness from the ginger!

  • Handful of spinach

  • Handful of romain lettuce

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup parsley

  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

  • squeeze of lemon

  • Blend with water

    * Top with hemp seeds *

SUPERFOODS:

Lemons are powerful detoxifiers thanks to the phytonutrient limonoid, which promotes the formation of enzymes in the liver that flush toxins.

Spinach is rich in antioxidant and help decrease inflammation.

Parsley is rich in antioxidants and contains cancer-fighting substances

Ginger contains gingerols and shoals- which help neutralize stomach acid.
