Free Your Voice
8-Part Workshop Series | South Lake Tahoe, CA
Free Your Voice is an immersive 8-week workshop designed to help you build confidence and self-expression through voice, breath, movement, and community. This series blends yoga, somatic practices, vocal technique, and group singing to support you in using your voice with authenticity and ease.
Together, we’ll explore the relationship between body, breath, and sound, practice harmonizing and vocal expression, and gently work through the layers that often block our voices—judgment, fear, and self-doubt.
What we’ll cover…
Over eight weeks, we’ll move through themes including:
Finding and trusting your voice
Breath as the foundation of sound
Tone, resonance, and vibration
Building confidence and authenticity
Harmony, listening, and connection
Integrating movement and voice
Each session includes yoga, breathwork, vocal exploration + technique, group connection, and simple at-home practices to support your growth between classes.
This workshop is open to all levels—no prior singing or yoga experience required. Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected, confident, and expressive.

This week focuses on diaphragmatic breathing and vocal support, combining pranayama, basic vocal anatomy, and yoga to strengthen tone, projection, and ease.
Week 3: Tone, Resonance & Vibration
Participants explore how sound moves through the body, working with resonance points, chanting, and heart- and throat-opening practices to feel the voice from the inside out.
Week 4: Building Confidence
We address judgment and self-doubt through grounding movement, vocal confidence exercises, mantra, and group singing to support authentic expression.
Week 5: Harmony & Connection
This week emphasizes listening and blending, introducing harmony, rhythm, and collective sound to experience voice as a shared, connective practice.
Week 6: Expressive Flow
Voice and movement come together as we explore how physical expression supports vocal freedom
Week 7: Embodiment & Presence
We focus on grounding, presence, and mindfulness, offering opportunities for solo or small-group sharing in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
